- to sign these documents online;

For each contract you need to prepare, we schedule (in coordination with your lawyer):
- (i) the questions the software will ask you and
- (ii) the clauses that will be incorporated into your document, depending on the answers provided.

The programming fees are fixed according to the number and nature of the contracts to be programmed, as well as the complexity of the conditionalities to be implemented. Additional attorney’s fees will also need to be budgeted for (i) programming instructions (questions to ask and corresponding clauses) and (ii) the collection of documents resulting from the programming.
