1/ Accompanies you by ensuring the immediate presence of a lawyer on your premises, in the context of investigations (visits and seizures) carried out by the Competition Authority, the DGCCRF or the European Commission in order to ensure the regularity of their conduct, the framing of the copying of documents in relation to the investigation, the respect of the “legal privilege”, and assists you in the context of litigation relating to these visits and seizures.
2/Assists you in the context of:
- litigation before the Competition Authority, the European Commission and before national and Community courts, both to ensure your defence and to represent you in the event that you wish to refer the matter to the authorities in order to stop the actions of your competitor or an anti-competitive cartel in your sector of activity.
- the choice and conduct of alternative procedures to litigation (leniency, settlement, commitments).
3/Assists you in the context of liability actions based on competition law before the ordinary courts.
