Code of Ethics for Franchising
It is a set of “good conduct” rules, standardized at the European level, which has no basis or legal scope: it is imposed only on franchisors who adopt it (in France, in particular Franchisors who join the French Franchise Federation (FFF) which contributed to the adoption of this code).
