Cooperative
The cooperative is a form of membership organization based on the principle of cooperation. It aims to serve the best economic interests of its participants (members or members).
The cooperative allows the use of a joint-stock company in which decision-making methods are egalitarian and based on the democratic principle “one man = one vote”. No profits are distributed to cooperators. Members may receive rebates on profit results
