Financial deductible

Under a financial franchise system, particularly developed in the hotel and restaurant sector, the franchisee does not physically operate the point of sale but is an investor who makes a financial investment.

The Franchisor and the Franchisee shall enter into a management or agency agreement whereby the Franchisor, on behalf of the Franchisee, and in consideration of such money, shall manage and operate the Point of Sale.
