WHAT ROLES OF THE GROUP IN COMMERCIAL LEASING?

The next FCA workshop will be dedicated to the different roles played by cooperative and associated trade groups in commercial leasing.

What are the different activities of the group? Lessee group for branches, group in support of independent members, group involved in negotiations with lessors in support of its members, donor group, etc.The roles are multiple according to the sectors of activity and sizes of the networks.

The FCA offers its members the opportunity to listen and exchange with several operational groups who lend themselves to the game of testimony and sharing during a morning workshop.

To close, this morning, a tool will be presented by an expert member of the FCA, Nicolas Pchibich, in charge of Real Estate at Gouache Avocats, to facilitate the calculation and monitoring of commercial lease rents.
