The Cooperative and Associated Trade Federation proposes a new meeting “La Parole aux Membres Experts” on Friday, March 31, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This webinar will be hosted by Jean-Baptiste Gouache, Nicolas Pchibich, Expert Member of the FCA, and Stéphane Ingold, Associate Lawyers of Gouache Avocats, they will intervene to present to you the treatment of the right to the commercial lease in the event of transfer of the business and/or the shares of the company operating the business, as part of a grouping.
The rules specific to retail merchant cooperatives, or the practices observed, in the event of the sale of business or members’ shares, will be discussed.
The estimated duration of the webinar is 45 minutes followed by a time of 15 minutes dedicated to questions/answers.
