Continuing education of the franchisee (Gouache Avocats)

In order to maintain homogeneity in the network, (brand image, quality of customer service) Gouache Avocats recalls that the franchisor must provide its franchisees with ongoing training throughout the execution of the franchise agreement. This training allows franchisees to adapt to the evolution of know-how desired by the franchisor (depending on the evolution of the market and the feedback it has compiled on this subject).

Continuing education very often involves one or two annual meetings allowing franchisees to update their knowledge of the know-how and improve it. Work can be organized at the national level, but also at the regional level, classifying or not the franchisees according to their characteristics (seniority in the network, turnover, types of points of sale).

Continuing education can of course be organised online, on the franchisor’s intranet.

The franchisor may also propose or impose specific training actions on franchisees who request it or who experience difficulties in the operation of their franchise.

Gouache Avocats advises franchisors to help them define the best way to organize their continuing education, in conjunction with PROGRESSIUM CONSEIL. It provides the best benchmarks on the franchise market.
