The French Federation of Cooperative and Associated Commerce (FCA) is offering a new “Expert Members’ Forum” on Friday, March 31, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

This webinar will be led by Jean-Baptiste Gouache, Esq., Nicolas Pchibich, FCA Expert Member, and Stéphane Ingold, Partner Attorneys at Gouache Avocats. They will present the treatment of commercial lease rights in the event of the transfer of a business and/or shares in the company operating the business, within a group.

The specific rules applicable to retail cooperatives, or the practices observed, in the event of the sale of a business or members’ shares, will be addressed.

The webinar is expected to last 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute question and answer session.
