Commercial rents workshop: reducing costs
Workshop organized by the Trade Alliance,
with the participation of Stéphane Ingold, in charge of Real Estate at Gouache Avocats

at the premises of the Alliance du Commerce, in Paris
In order to support you in negotiating with your donors and optimizing your contracts, the Trade Alliance offers two half-day workshops led by our firm.
The first was held on 25 May with Maître Nicolas PCHIBICH, Associate Lawyer at GOUACHE – Pôle Immobilier Commercial. It was dedicated to the presentation of solutions that could reduce rents.
The second meeting takes place on Thursday 15 June from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. It will be led by Maître Stéphane INGOLD, Associate Lawyer at GOUACHE – Pôle Immobilier Commercial.
This workshop will be dedicated to load reduction, including:
• Negotiation of charges when leasing
• Audit and control
• Action for restitution of overpaid charges.
It will also examine the impact of the provisions of the tertiary decree as well as the new obligations arising from the Renewable Energy Acceleration Act and the Climate Act on cost allocations.
This workshop is reserved for member brands of the Trade Alliance.
It is offered in a hybrid format, face-to-face on the premises of Allicance du Commerce, and by videoconference. Given the duration of the workshop (3 hours), it is recommended to attend face-to-face.
