Deliver your dip electronically!
Created since 2014 at the initiative of Gouache Avocats, the electronic dip has proven its worth, and allows many network heads to deliver their dip electronically, simplifying the life of developers.
The electronic dip is an interface in SaaS mode (as soon as your account is validated, you can immediately use it, without installation costs), used by the heads of distribution networks to issue their dip (pre-contractual information documents), using the applicant’s electronic signature to keep proof:
- the reception of the dip by the candidate,
- the date of receipt of the dip by the candidate,
- the content of the dip sent to the candidate.
Secure: the electronic dip has been developed under the control of Gouache Avocats, and allows in case of dispute with a franchisee to provide proof of the issuance of the dip.
Practice: Your dip and its appendices can be divided into several pdf documents. We take care of merging them for sending. This allows only non-recurring parts to be prepared for each dip shipment.
Save time: the electronic dip allows developers to save a lot of time on the preparation of the document, on the reminder of candidates (who sign much faster than a paper version), and on possible trips to franchisees.
Economical: in addition to saving time for developers, the costs of printing and sending by LRAR are saved, as well as the costs of storing paper dips.
Any electronically signed dip is then pushed into the vaults of a trusted third party for probative archiving for a period of 10 years. This evidentiary archiving service is charged €1 per document per month, starting the month after the document is signed, and can be terminated with a single click in the signature tracking interface.
The service is provided by Franchise dip, SARL with a capital of €1,000, whose registered office is at 1 rue Vieille, Pont l ‘Evêque (14130), registered with the Lisieux Trade and Companies Register under number 802072827, represented by its manager, Mrs Agnès Fernagut

Training of your teams in the management of risks related to the distribution contract
Network developers who make the provisional accounts of your future distributors? You run the risk of nullity of your distribution contracts and ultimately bear the financial risk of your independent distributor!
Network facilitators who encourage distributors to insist on applying the recommended prices? This is potentially a vertical agreement with very heavy financial sanctions.
